China Four-step Energy-Saving Insulating Glass Development

Meaning of energy saving:

China has clear requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction of residential buildings, and all provinces and cities have promulgated corresponding local standards “Design Standards for Energy Conservation of Residential Buildings” accordingly.

The first step to saving energy is to save 30% on the basis of 1980-1981, commonly known as the standard of 30% energy saving.

The second step of energy-saving is to save another 30% on the basis of the first step of energy saving, that is, 1-(0.7*0.7)=51%,

The third step of energy-saving is to save another 30% on the basis of the second step of energy saving, that is, 1-(0.7*0.7*0.7)=66%, which is referred to as the standard of 65% energy saving.

The fourth step of energy-saving is to save another 30% on the basis of the third step of energy saving, that is, 1-(0.7*0.7*0.7*0.7)=76%, which is referred to as the standard of 75% energy saving.

In this way, the fifth step of energy-saving is to save another 30% on the basis of the fourth step of energy saving, that is, 1-(0.7*0.7*0.7*0.7*0.7)=83%.

Four-step energy-saving requirements for insulated glass:

The shading coefficient of the glass should be greater than the shading coefficient of the whole window; (highly transparent single silver Low-E glass can meet).

The heat transfer coefficient of the glass is smaller than the heat transfer coefficient of the whole window; (three pieces of glasses and two cavities, double warm spacer, double argon)

Four-step energy-saving standard configuration:

5 Clear glass tempering +12Ar (warm spacer)+5 Clear glass tempering +12Ar (warm spacer)+5mm single silver high transparency Low-E tempering glass.
