Hot Bending Glass

It is produced with a hot bending machine, the glass will be heated to softening point, form the required shape with mold, and cool down at room temperature, it’s not safety glass.

As there’s no fasting cooling down process, hot bending glass strength is the same as float glass, meanwhile, the glass can be made into any shape based on the different mold.

It’s widely used in interior glass tables, glass shelves, and glass cabinets.

Curved glass application:

Curved tempered glass has below features:

1. Various glass substrate options: Clear, Low iron, tinted glass, acid-etched, low-E coated glass.

2. Silkscreen, digitally printing process can be applied on the glass surface to add an extra design element.

3. Curved glass can further be processed into the laminated curved glass to offer extra acoustic, UV protection, and safety function.

4. Curved glass can further be processed into insulated curved glass panels to offer extra thermal insulation performance.
